MadPadz Percussion Products takes great pride in all its product offerings, and will make every effort to insure that our customers receive prompt, courteous service. Orders are usually filled within 24 hours, and most orders will be shipped by the next working day. Orders may be cancelled anytime before shipment of merchandise. Charges will only be processed upon shipment of merchandise. Orders can not be cancelled after merchandise has been shipped. Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping. Please include a brief message indicating the reason for the return. Returns should be sent to:
