As a musician, and general student of life, I am always exploring the internet for information that will help to expand my knowledge. No matter how much you know, or think you know, there is always something you can learn. Besides, the opportunity to discover new things is one of life’s great pleasures.
My background as a teacher has a big affect on sites and sources that I recommend. I believe strongly in music education, in all its forms, and in the many benefits it provides, and feel that it is the obligation of professionals to pass along their knowledge for free – at least most of the time! It’s really wonderful that there are so many people willing to share their knowledge, to help and encourage others, and to foster a genuine sense of unity in the pursuit of musical excellence.
